hue closing announcement: text post (in case the photo was too small)
Dearest friends, admirers, patrons, and general lovers of our little store called hue,
This is the formal announcement that we, hue: tan.swim.walk., will be closing our doors on March 20, 2011.
For the moment I will stick strictly to the businessy facts. The rambling goodbye letters, explanatory essays, and various other details will flood your inbox soon enough, no worries. :)
Here are a few introductory tips to aide in a smooth transition for my beloved clients:
- If there are many sessions remaining on your package with us, we suggest coming to see us often to utilize the full value of your purchase.
- Plus, who doesn’t like an excuse to get a little extra color in the Spring?
- For customers who may not be able to use all of their sessions before the end of March, we are happy & prepared to find a solution that fits each individual’s needs.
- For example, you might choose to use the value left on your account to buy swimwear, upgrade lower level sessions, purchase skincare, etc.
- Our “Time Plan” members have the option of terminating their contracts at any time or keeping accounts active until the closing date. Members who choose to keep accounts will be charged a pro-rated fee for March.
I am surely leaving something out….but this is a start.
